Frequently asked questions
What counts as an API call?
Each LLM inference request that Metrx observes counts as one API call. Batch requests are counted individually. Internal health checks and Metrx dashboard requests do not count toward your limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. You keep your data based on the retention limit of your new plan.
Is there a free trial?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The Starter plan is free forever with up to 3 agents and 10k API calls per month.
What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
Metrx continues tracking — you won't lose visibility. We'll notify you and suggest upgrading. We never hard-block your agents from running.
Do you offer annual pricing or enterprise plans?
